Long-term rental price list
Prices depend on the season and length of stay. We offer attractive discounts for rentals:
- 1-2 months - standard price
- 3-5 months - 10% discount
- 6+ months - 15% discount
Indicative prices (gross):
- Low season (May-June, September-October): 3500 PLN/month
- Mid season (July-August, November-December): 3700 PLN/month
- High season (January-April, holidays): 4000 PLN/month

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I rent the apartment for 2 weeks? A: Our minimum is 1 month (30 days). For shorter stays, please make a standard reservation through Sunandsnow.pl.
Q: Can I extend the rental? A: Yes, provided the apartment is available for the next period. Contact us at least 2 weeks before the end of your current rental.
Q: What happens if I use a lot of electricity? A: Standard consumption (up to 300 kWh/month) is included. If consumption is higher, additional kWh are charged according to actual usage.
Q: Can I bring my dog/cat? A: We accept pets by prior arrangement, for an additional fee of 200 PLN/month.
Q: Is the apartment available in winter? A: Yes! The apartment is available year-round. In winter, you additionally have access to the ski slope 200m from the apartment.
Q: Do I have to clean myself? A: Yes, ongoing cleaning of the apartment is the tenant’s responsibility. Optionally, we can arrange cleaning once a week for an additional fee.
Q: What about breakdowns in the apartment? A: We provide quick contact and technical service in case of breakdowns. Contact number available 24/7.
